Charges for using the Service—if applicable—will be clearly provided through your account.
You must provide current payment information and authorize recurring charges.

5. Content and Ownership

All content on Right Now (text, logos, software) is owned or licensed by us.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of data you submit (e.g. order details), but grant Right Now a license to use, store, and display it to provide the Service.
You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload and that it complies with applicable laws.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy .

8. Third‑Party Services

We integrate with dispatchers and 3PL providers like Mdawm, Fhad, Logi, and Rassco
We are not responsible for third-party services; review their terms and policies separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Now shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree to indemnify and hold Right Now and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
